"I've lived here for 3+ years (on both the Cameron Court side & the Shelton side) and I want to continue living here as long as I can! Great location in downtown Raleigh, management and maintenance has improved and been great, and I love the community itself. The buildings are old and have their quirks, but that's what gives the place some charm. Any true issues I've had while here have been resolved by the leasing office/the maintenance crew with ease."

Every time I've needed something done, their maintenance staff has been super fast to respond, even a broken toilet on a Saturday! Love the common courtyard, very relaxing and beautiful. An uncommon amenity in downtown."
